Q: What is the return policy?
I accept returns but no exchanges! You will have to cover the shipping costs for the returns. Once I receive the items, I will refund the order.
If the products came to you damaged, incorrect, missing, or if there's any problems, please contact me and I will resolve this for you.
For cancellations: If you accidentally made a mistake and placed an incorrect order, please email me ([email protected]) or DM me on Instagram (@mtp_arts) as soon as possible (within 24 hours) so that I can cancel the order for you. Otherwise, I will already have packed the order for you and have it ready to be sent out.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
YES! Only FLAT items (such as stickers, prints, and up to TWO memo pads) and will be shipped in a stamped envelope with NO TRACKING. All international shipping will automatically be charged $1.50 USD.
I do NOT offer tracked international shipping due to expensive shipping prices.
Delivery time is approximately 1-3 months. Please let me know if your package has not arrived after 3 months and I will resolve this issue with you.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
I offer free shipping on all of my products to make it simple and better for everyone, however, your order will NOT have a tracking number.
If you would like for your order to be TRACKED, you can simply click the 'USPS First Class Mail (with tracking)' option in the shipping methods at checkout. Option only available for the U.S.

Q: When will my order arrive?
I pack and ship the orders within 2-4 days.
After dropping the packages to the post office (USPS):
- For untracked stamped envelope: approx. 1-3 weeks
- For tracked packages: approx. 1-1.5 weeks
- For untracked international stamped envelope: approx. 1-3 months
However due to the COVID-19 Virus Pandemic, please understand that shipping and delivery times might be delayed.
